Use default signature for Outlook email

I’m using the Outlook / Send email action.

It works :white_check_mark:
However, the default email signature configured in Outlook isn’t used.

Is there a way I can use this? Or do I need to copy and paste it into my body field content in Glide to include it?

I assumed my default signature would be used from my Outlook account.

Thanks.

The signature is added from the outlook client and web app. Not from the servers. So using the outlook integration, Glide is actually calling servers. So, you would need to add signatures from Glide in the body template too.

How do I stop Gmail showing me this warning when these email are received?

Is that to do with the senders domain or the way the integration sends the email?

Emails are authenticated using DKIM key in the DNS. Are you using your @gmail.com address in the from?

outlook, but thanks that answers it, this is a client’s email and he obviously hasn’t set up his domain correctly, I can sort that out. Appreciate your help brother.
