Updating mutiple rows column value through button

What I want to achieve is I want to uncheck these checkboxes through a single-button action.

Does anyone think it’s possible?

No, it’s not (easily) possible without using an external integration tool such as Make.

However, you can use a bit of smoke and mirrors to give the appearance that they’ve all been unchecked. See below:
