Unwelcome changes to notification and help function and icons

This new notification icon is too big and not in a good spot. Didn’t there used to be a dropdown arrow on the right side of Publish button?

Also, the new AI help icon in lower right used to be a question mark with a dropdown that allowed jumping right to Community. I was starting to use the feature more! If you want us to access the community, don’t make it harder to get to!
