Typing in Column Label extremely slow

Hi all,

Got a strange question as I can’t see any mention of anyone else struggling - and hopefully its something I’m doing wrong or a setting somewhere.

When I add a new column to a Glide Table and attempt to rename the column Label by typing in the Label box, it takes about 20 seconds for the name to appear (and I can hear my machine start to crank up before it displays!)

But if I copy/paste a name into the Label it is quick.

Any ideas why this would be happening?

YES! Oh my goodness this has plagued me for weeks now…has something to do with the number of computed column in the app I think.

Ah, ok… makes sense. It’s brutal… resorted to planning all my columns in excel then copy/paste. :smiley:
