Trial billing not showing up

I’m really worried because I cannot find the billing section and I would like to cancel the trial before the trial ends and I have to end up paying for the subscription.

Open your App and go to settings, and look for the following:

If it’s there, click on it and on the next page select the “Open Billing Enquiry” option.

This procedure is really shameful. My trial end today, I send an email yesterday, and for the moment I have no answers…
