classic appのため、フォームに回答後提出できないというバグが発生しています。
アプリを更新しようと思っても、複製が表示されません。どうしたらよいでしょうか。

If you mean you want to duplicate that app, it’s not supported anymore (since it’s a Classic app).

Your options are to maintain your existing Classic app, or create a ‘New App from Data’ which means it would use the current app structure. Yes you would have to rebuild your app front end, but the data would remain the same.
