Timesheet app: Set colums multiple rows

I made a timesheet app for my sister, but I’ve been stuck on the following for weeks now. I will try to explain what I am trying to achieve.

Reset Multiple Rows At Once

I have a solution for this in my expense management application. Branch heads can approve multiple expenses using one button provided that they are not already rejected previously or later. Check out the video here:

Hours are entered per day

A calculation is made of what must be paid.

I did manage to approve these per day so that the sum is reset to 0. And the due date per day is displayed.

But my big wish is; that all outstanding amounts can also be paid in one go. So that several rows get today’s date and the checkbox of input per day is therefore checked.
So pay per day but also all in once.

Please Can someone help me further?
