I’m receiving this notification. Im on pay per use plan (Starter/legacy) - Unlimited usage.
I do not have external data source (google sheet, etc) database is purely glide data.
I believe Unlimited Usage only pertains to Updates and Users. Unlimited rows is not included in that.

I think I reply too fast, I see from the link it should be 25k rows. Where Im still far from that.

In case you are not aware, the new plans all include 25k rows at a minimum. There are zero updates for adds, edits, and deletes against Glide tables. The biggest consideration in your case is probably the type of user, since Free and Maker plans only allow Personal users. You may want to look over the new plans to see if they fit your needs.
