I loved the Life Dashboard framework presented in Shaan Puri’s newsletter, so I built my own version in a Glide app.
The idea is that a well designed life is determined by 4-5 main areas of life that matter: health, work, play, love, and self-respect.
The app lets you rate yourself in each area, and write down what you will keep doing to keep your score high, or start doing to improve your score, and tracks your progress over time.
