Terms of Service - Prohibited Data

Hi

We are looking at options for building an application for a local government body (UK) that will track children’s general health (weight, BMI). This will include storing personally identifiable information relating to the child. The children will vary in age but some will be under 13 years old. Looking at the Terms of Service it states the following as a prohibited data type

  • Any data or information collected from children under the age of 13.

Just trying to understand the wording as it states ‘collected from’ which might mean the child is entering the data (which they will not be) or it might mean any information pertaining to a child under the age of 13 entered by anyone?

Can anyone offer some insight

That’s correct.

Personal information about minors shouldn’t be stored in a Glide app.
