Table Permissions

Hi, I’ve had a table in my DB for some time now but suddenly the rows are grayed out unless I am set to ‘everyone’ rather than a specific. Also The ‘Global Tasks Id’ looks like it is a user specific column but it’s not set up like that nor should it be.

Can anyone suggest a way to reset it?

It’s not user specific, it has Row Ownership applied.
To fix it, remove Row Owners.
