Hello, how are you?! you need to be in detail mode and then you can add both the choice component and an inlinelist so that it can be chosen in the available formats of the lists.

thanks, but i would like to add a rating on every single photo, instead in this way the evaluation is inserted at the end of the list.

You can’t manipulate individual columns on a list unless you set the action on that list to update your ratings column. Even then, you can only set a predetermined value on each item, so probably not what you are looking for. Your only option is to view the details of each list item and then set your rating within those details.
