SOLVED: Format Date column on Google Sheet → Datetime column results in empty value

Anyone see this before?

Tried all kinds of formats and always a blank column. Is it how the date was entered into Google Sheets?

EDIT — yeah. It was the at in the datetime string. removing the word at fixed it.
