Before I embark on building my first pro app, I wanted to ask if it was possible to sell access to videos hosted in Vimeo, (Pro version) with the Stripe integration?
That would be a question for Vimeo in my opinion. You can surely collect a fee via Glides Buy button and then give the user some kind of access link or code (however Vimeo does it).
I’d have to assume that you are referring only to videos that you have the rights to. ie. your own collection that you want to make private or put behind a paywall.
