Row count usage on unpublished apps

Hi,

I’m on a maker plan. I keep app backups as duplicate apps which remain unpublished. They still show up in my usage section and i’m wondering if the row counts in those back up unpublished apps are being counted towards my 50000 row limit ?
If not then can i basically use a big table in an unpublished app as a data archive to keep all old data since row limit won’t be applicable to it?

Also, the 50000 row limit on maker plan is per app or for all apps published ?
@NoCodeAndy please guide :folded_hands:
Thanks

Good question.

My understanding of row limits:

  1. 25k row limit on spreadsheet data sources
  2. 50k row limit on spreadsheet + high-scale data sources on the Maker plan (this number varies from plan to plan)
  3. Rows are counted on both published apps and unpublished apps
  4. Row count limits are applied per app (not per team)

Just to be clear, on a maker plan and having glide tables, i could basically have 30 duplicate apps (unpublished) of my published app and all 31 apps will EACH have an upper limit of 50K rows(25K for glide tables and 50K for big tables)

Correct. As stated, row count limits are per app. It’s not a limit that applies to the entire team.
