1 with Data1 with roles and row owners
1 with Data2 available to anyone
if in Data 2 I create a relation column to Data1 will all data from Data1 be downloaded and available to anyone or it will maintain the restrictions that Data1 has ?
No, it won’t.
Relations are built after the data is downloaded.
Row Owners prevent data from being downloaded.
So when the relations are built, they will only form with the data that is actually there - that is, the data that isn’t protected by row owners.
