Re-Label Comment Component to "Message" Need CSS Help

I want to repurpose the Comment Component to a chat and re-label the buttons to the word “message”. Is this possible using CSS in Rich Text?

This is what I want to do.

Is this possible to change with CSS and Rich Text.

Sorry the reason for the singular image is because I am only allowed one image.

Going forward, using CSS in Apps is not recommended, with the looming transition to Pages. CSS will break, so please take that into account.
