At the moment I believe it’s a no. You might have to use something like Quickcharts to be able to fully customize that.

GAME CHANGER! Stumbled upon this site today—a way to create on the fly charts using data from your Glide tables. Images render instantly and you can select one of 14 different charts, customize colors, styles etc all through URL parameters!
