As soon as a user creates an account, it automatically activates push notifications. But I want them to be able to do it themselves. Is this normal? How can I disable this please?
I think you are viewing the status just for user Vikatchu.
But even if I change, it stays like that.
If I create a new account and press the “activate notifications” button, it doesn’t work. Nothing changes, either visually on the app or in the database. Even on a new device.
That value is retrieved from your device, so all it’s saying is that YOU are allowing push notifications. If you need to save it permanently for each individual user, you need to build a flow that will write it to a basic column in their individual user row when a they do something that can perform an action.
