Glide Apps are not meant to run on the Google Play Store. There are some services that do offer to convert your App, but I am not certain how well they work (or keep working). From time-to-time people post on here that one service or another has issues.
Bottom line is you may be chasing your own tail and spend money on something that won’t cover all cases (especially if your App does a lot of work-around non-standard stuff). You’d be better off doing your app in a platform that was meant to run as a native app and not a PWA.
