Any chance to map a color to the progress bar? 75><100% = green, 50%><75% = teal, 25><50% = orange, 25%<=red.
Airtable does a really good job with this. If there was a way to even make the field more compatible, that would help also.
You can’t do this with the native progress bar component, but you can roll your own progress bars to get this effect.
