PRO App now showing as PUBLIC App

I have a PRO subscription but for some reason it turned to a PUBLIC App and I started to get “Storage full” message on the app home screen.

Has anyone experienced this.

I wrote to support but realise the the support process has changed, while I figure our the process, I thought I will share this with the community to see if there are any ideas.

My PRO Subscription ends in Feb 2022.

Your last payment failed. You should be able to fix this in your billing settings.
