How are the number of rows used calculated to determine whether an app is free, basic or pro? Is it the number of rows of user data?
It’s the number of rows you use for the app. Not every row in the Sheet is necessarily used in the app, only when you display or used some kind of relation to read them, if you need that clarification.

It is the total number of rows currently used in your app.

ok, thank you. I thought it might be counting each sheet as a set number of rows as opposed to the actual number of rows filled with data. Thank you for the clarification.
