I have one user that cannot connect to a custom URL. They get the ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID error when accessing on Chrome. I can get to the site without issues using the same browser. How can I resolve this problem for this person? If I am working with an entity with tight security, is there something that has to be open or whitelisted?
Does that person open the link from an email/Facebook/any type of social media? What happens if that person copy your app URL and paste that straight into a browser?
