My payment for my apps failed as my card had some issue. I paid the pending invoice for November month, Now its asking me to pay December month invoice even before the due date. I dont mind paying but now it’s not letting me pay. Payment screen is giving me this error
I have written to support yesterday about this issue. But didnt get any response that could help me. Can someone please help me escalate this or help with some possible solution ?
I can’t help with the billing issue, but that cloudflare error is most likely because your custom domain has been disabled. I’d expect your App should still be available via the Glide-allocated URL. Although probably with reduced functionality.
Thank you for the reply. Yeah the custom domain seems to be disabled.
I have written to support 2 days back, but haven’t got any response which could resolve my query. Seems like my apps are not accessible from custom domain now.
Its causing issues as its in production.
Anyways thank you for your help @Darren_Murphy hopefully someone from support will pick this up and assist me.
