Are you taking about the Google Play Store? Glide applications are progressive web apps and they are not meant to be distributed in the Google or Apple app stores. Distribution of such web apps is done by sharing a URL or QR code, or by embedding the web app inside another web page. Technically, progressive web apps can be uploaded to app stores, but Glide does not support this function natively. If you search this forum, it has been discussed.
