Match multiple values with multiple values

I need to match multiple values from 1 entry field to multiple rows in another sheet and have a list of those rows displayed.

For example: the user chose these 2 values

I need to match it with these rows on another sheet bcs these rows either have 1 or more matched values:
image

I guess it has something to do with multiple relations or query but i haven’t found a way!

Any help would be appreciated!!!

If I understand you right, you just need a multiple relation from Split-pec users to Split-pec and use that for front-end display.
