Map Layout does not work

I understand that the map layout is just another way to display a list containing addresses. That’s exactly what I want to achieve.

So I have two sample addresses and I can switch to any reasonable list layout. Only the map layout does not display the addresses as desired. The screen remains empty. How to fix that?

Edit: In the detail screen the map and location show up properly. So it shouldn’t be an issue of wrong geo data:
