Here is a video of what I am experiencing. I made some manual updates on different users, and not the data is changing with each user.
I’m not exactly sure what you are showing there and how that relates to publishing. It would be helpful to know where that Lookup column is pulling it’s values from. One thing I did see though is that your Adjuster Email column is user specific. Is that intentional? It’s going to contain different values for different users, so I’m not sure if that’s what’s causing Assigned Adjuster to be different for different users.
