Making drop down list responsive

Making it in such a way that it can display upward when there is no more room for scrolling down as I just experienced now. I want to ick an option but is down the list and my screen cannot display. I might have to wait or try another system which I used to find difficult signing in on another system.

Set your zoom level on your browser to a smaller level or increase your screen resolution. Looks like your screen may be to small to properly fit the interface.
