Hello everyone,
I’ve built an MVP using Glide, and previously hired a freelancer on Fiverr who connected Zapier webhooks and Stripe to automatically update subscription plans.
Unfortunately, this freelancer is no longer available, and I now need someone with hands-on expertise in Glide, Zapier, and Stripe integrations to review and improve the current setup.
What I Need
I’m looking for an expert who can:
- Review the existing integrations between Stripe, Zapier, and Glide
- Verify that all webhooks and subscription logic are functioning correctly
- Implement a user dashboard inside the Glide app showing:
- Current Plan
- Current Status
- Next Renewal Date
- Subscription Ends On
- “Cancel Subscription” Button
- “Subscription Cancelled On” Date
- Ensure that when a subscription is cancelled, the account automatically reverts to the Free plan after the current period ends
- Handle all related edge cases (renewals, failed payments, status syncs, etc.)
According to the previous freelancer, the following has already been done (needs verification):
- Set up Stripe Webhooks for: subscription created, payment succeeded, payment failed, subscription cancelled
- Fetch Customer and Subscription details from Stripe (status, renewal date, plan)
- Map Stripe Price IDs to Glide plans (Free, Basic, Pro)
- Automatically update Glide with:
- Current Plan and Plan Status
- Subscription / Renewal Date
- Reset user prompts at each billing cycle
- Add user notifications (payment failed, plan expired, prompt limit reached)
- Test in Stripe Test Mode before going live
