How to bypass the 10-minute transcription limit in Glide? Are there solutions with APIs or AIs?

Hello everyone! We are using Glide to build a customer support platform where we record conversations during the support session and later transcribe the audio into text for records and analysis. The issue we’ve encountered is the 10-minute limit for audio-to-text transcription, which becomes a challenge since many of our support sessions exceed this time, especially with longer conversations. I don’t use it much so I don’t know if there’s a limit for an audio recording. I would guess it ties with the limit for a single file in Glide. Somebody said it’s 1GB years ago.
