is there any possibility to create a flow like:
Late say, Employee A (Technician have off day on Gazetted Holiday, Sunday, and HALF DAY Saturday)
Employee B (Officer have off day on Gazetted Holiday, Sunday and Saturday)
If let say.
Employee A and B applied for 1st Jan 2025 until 6th Jan 2025 , no of day counted differently.
Employee A should turn up 3.5 days and Employee B should turn up 3 days.
You could define two different work schedules, and assign each employee the appropriate schedule. And then reference those when doing calculations/validations/etc.
