Is it possible to have a full screen lesson commence after selecting a “Start Lesson” button? I would like the lessons to have clickable items and toggles to slide.

You could have a collection of lessons and in the collection items actions you could have an action that showed the details screen of the lesson. The detail screen of the lesson could have a title, text, images, embedded slides or a PDFs, embedded videos, etc.
