But basically a rundown is I run operations for a concrete company and I wanted to build a app that me as an Admin and my supervisors can enter data in the app later I can take that data and use it for billing.

I first started building an individual daily report where the supervisors are myself can pick a job. Enter the information and then hit submit. Then I can go back later gather all of those daily reports and make a job summary but now I am learning pretty fast that that is going to get overwhelming on larger projects so I’m thinking now is a better idea to make a job report then have individual injuries on every day then at the end of the job, I close it and generate a job Summary report.
So my hurdle that I am facing is Admin‘s as myself speak English, but the majority of my supervisors are Spanish speaking. I have some of the forms written in Spanish with English translation, which seems to work fine, but I’m having to basically show the English version and the Spanish version with one of them blank in the report

Or on the labels have it written in English and in Spanish just looks very unprofessional I spoke with some tech support, and they showed a loom and it was great, but I need little more step by step. Like what tables do I need and columns. I feel like i need to start from scratch. link to the loom
