Kanban - No hidden columns

I am trying to create a Kanban for my pipeline. I have 9 categories for my Kanban but not all of them always have items in it. When a column is empty it disappears from my Kanban and I can’t easily move items into that category when it’s time.

Question - Is there a way to keep all categories showing even when the category is empty?

I recall if you use “Custom Groups” it should behave like what you said. Can you please check?
