Hi all, I would like to know if it is possible to send email notifications to companies registered on my platform.
Specifically, I have several companies throughout Italy, for example 10 in Milan 10 in Naples 10 in Rome. When I receive a request for a quote in Milan I would like to send an e-mail notification to the companies in Milan and if I receive it in Rome to those in Rome and so on. Is there a way to do this without them seeing other companies’ emails? because I tried to create an action but the emails of all the companies that receive the notification are being read.
BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) is a standard email method for sending emails to multiple people without each recipient seeing the other recipients email address.
If you don’t want each company to see each other’s email address, put the emails in the BCC field.
