If then else signed in user

I used the IF THEN ELSE option to show an emoji if the “manager” already checked the profile of the inline list users. The problem is that the status is the same with all the signed in users (managers).

¿How can I make the status feature (IF revised --> check–> showed in the inline list) to each signed user?

User Profile columns in conditions and columns

If you’re using User Profiles, you can now use columns from the currently signed-in user in visibility conditions as well as in computed columns in the Data Editor.
