I am reaching out regarding an issue with my account (rangsan0050@gmail.com). I have already completed the payment for Invoice No. CEGWKAUA-0003 in the amount of $60.00 on July 18, 2025, using MasterCard ending in 1127.
However, I am still seeing the message “Your team has an unpaid invoice” and am unable to access the features of my workspace.
