I am reaching out regarding an issue with my account (rangsan0050@gmail.com). I have already completed the payment for Invoice No. CEGWKAUA-0003 in the amount of $60.00 on July 18, 2025, using MasterCard ending in 1127.

However, I am still seeing the message “Your team has an unpaid invoice” and am unable to access the features of my workspace.

Please find the attached screenshot as proof of payment.

Could you kindly verify this and restore full access to my account?

Your best option is to reach out directly to Glide Support via the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the Glide Builder. If you don’t see the chat bubble, check your account settings to ensure that you haven’t opted out of cookies.
