How to stop notifications from a single app?

So I’m getting spammed notifications from this app that I never signed up for.

They must have copied a template of mine or entered my email manually.

I want these to stop, but there is no unsubscribe for Glide notifications and if I block notifications@appuser.io then I stop getting notifications for all Glide apps.
