How to see the plan period

I have multiple team plans, when looking at the usage, how can tell what the billing/usage cycle is for that plan ?

I’m not sure I follow. Shouldn’t you be able to view the usage of each team in the Usage tab of that specific team?

When you say “the usage”, which screen, or email perhaps, are you referring to?

Yes… but I do not the period/duration

e.g 20,000 edits but since when ? since the 1st or 5th or 12th… it is since the start of your billing cycle, but I have multiple plans and can’t remember when each plan starts its billing cycle.

You should be able to figure out the reset date by looking at the payment history on the Billing page.

Thanks Darren, I was checking my emails at the moment.

Maybe Glide can add it on the usage page. :slight_smile:

yeah, I agree. The reset date used to be there, I don’t know why it was removed. Seems to me it’s a pretty useful bit of information :man_shrugging:
