How to Pass Variable like 'email' into Custom link on Action?

i have a button action. i want to ‘open link’ action on it. but i want to pass the logged in user email into that link. how can i do that.
for example i have given link ‘www.xyz.com’ but i want to add logged in user email into that link
‘.xyz Domain Names | Join Generation XYZ’. how can i do that?

Use a template column to combine the URL and the signed in users email address.
