Select the choice component in the left hand panel, click on the Options tab on the right hand panel, and add a filter.

It doesn’t work. What I expect is that when I click “Cash In,” income categories will appear, and when I click “Cash Out,” expense categories will appear. How can I make this dynamic?
Ah, you didn’t mention that as the criteria for your filter. Also would be useful to understand what you tried, to know what you mean when you say it didn’t work.
You can filter your second choice component by the Screen Value of the the first choice component. The source table just needs a second column to determine the type of the category, so you can filter on that.
