Thanks for the reply, forgive me but Isn’t the status column in the template essential for getting only items with status set to true via the if then else to the joined list? Or am I missing something obvious? :thinking:

No, they can be independent of each other.
The purpose of the Status column is just to determine whether or not a row should be included, right?
So it only needs to be used in your if-then-else column. You don’t need to include it in your template.
