How to easily organize table columns?

Hi,

I’m spending way too much time organizing columns. with nearly a 100 columns in one table, I’m doing lots of scrolling to find the right column, despite my ability to use search and hide functions. I learned about categorizing rows, but we can’t move an entire category left or right - or can we?

Is there documentation on tips for organizing table data? like I would in a google sheet?
