How to display a narrow picture?

When I display a “narrow” (length > width) image with 1:1 (original) setting, the display fits the width and an user has to scroll down to the rest part out the screen. Is there a way to fit the length, and show the entire picture on the same screen?

So you have a very big image and you want to fit that to your entire screen?

Yes. Not “very big”, but say, the length is 4 times of the width. Now, half of the image is left out from the screen.
