How to create an event tab automatically at the beginning of each week?

i did a shifting app and every week employees register for a shift
but every week I have to open new shifts…so I would like to do it automatically

i thought to try with the excel but i didn’t succeed

I mean how do you want to automate it? Why don’t you just let your workers choose from a fixed set of schedule?
