How dynamically we can show the selected Choice option?

The above snip is a prototype of my application page.
Here am selecting multiple process.

after selecting multiple process it should show as shown in above snip.
Like, after selecting multiple process i will be allowed to dynamically move between my selected process. if am selecting multiple process my table gets updated with multiple values in single cell due to which am unable to make form for each process also.
Am unable to achieve this.
Please someone guide on this.

I believe this is happening because you need to write values to the table in order to show them in the view like you are desiring.
