That option is only available in the app builder, not in the published app.
Anonymous users cannot post comments, if they try they will be prompted to sign in.
Hence, only people who can access the builder can delete the comment. Those comments can’t be edited as well, which is a limitation many people don’t like.
The button must have a check on the user comment=to sign in user
Agree not much use if users cannot edit or delete their comments.
