How can i add a button with multiple row with it

Anyway to add a button with multiple rows can be added. As show above. When click on the plus button same 4 row should be added below.

you need to use visibility options, when button is clicked set column to a some value like YES or TRUE, and components below set visibility if that value is YES/TRUE
